I tried to open one and it attempted to download something via a media player.
If you right click on the link and open properties it reads this:
javascript:document.location.replace('http://throw.at.tut.by');

This redirects somewhere???

I know nuthin about this stuff!!

The command itself isn't dangerous but I don't know what's on that page. IP points to Russia.
