I VVS2 vs H VS1

I want to buy one of 2 rings and I am not sure which one is better and worth more 1 carat I VVS2 or H VS1, can someone help?

Are the stones graded by GIA / AGS / IGI?
If so, please post the report numbers.

Yes both they are graded by GIA.
The I VVS2 is:
Polish : excellent
Symmetry: very good
Flors: non
The H VS1 is:
Polish: excellent
Symmetry: very good
Flors: non

You need to post a lot more information than that - all the angles, all the depths, all the measurements.
