Wedding I think we FINALLY have a place!

It''s been a Loooooong search, but I think the four months or venue hunting have paid off!!
We checked out Tappan Hill Mansion in Westchester on Saturday and I think it''s THE ONE - We have a date held for next October!

It''s Mark Twain''s old estate (although I don''t think he ever lived there). Pretty cool anyway!

I can''t find any decent pictures of the ballroom to post, but it''s pretty standard, actually the only thing I don''t love about the venue. I figure some good lighting will fix that right up

I''m glad you found a place. Let me know it iif you need help with vendors up that way. Someone on PS got married there. I can''t remember who it is though. It will come to me. FI almost looked there but it was too small for our party so I''m sorry I forgot to mention it when you were looking for places.
