Hello all,

As a first time poster, I got to say the community here has been so helpful figuring out this purchase. The time the experts have spent helping us newbies is greatly appreciated.

I am really interested in this stone and thought I would ask someone with a better eye to let me know their thoughts.

Once concern I have: On the AGS certficate image: Should I be concerned about the contrast on the table? What is a fair price window for this particular stone.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Great choice! No concerns.

Holy smokes! That is an incredible price! I'd pay for it before they decide they made a pricing mistake.

It looks beautiful what a great find!!!

No concerns here from me either - grab it!

Thanks for the feedback everyone. I have it on reserve. I already had an appointment next week to view some of the inventory so I will at least get to compare it in person.

I believe the table is slightly on the smaller side and the crown angle and height are on the larger side, should I expect this diamond to be slightly less brilliant but have a little more fire? This should work pretty decent with a pavilion of 40.7% ?

Depth: 61.5%
Table: 55.1%
Crown Angle: 34.9
Star: 50.0
Pavilion Angle: 40.7
Crown: 15.7%
Lower Girdle: 78

Does the Idealscope image look slightly on the pinker side in the table? It seems to show more detail of the pavilion? If the light return is slightly less intense, would it be possibly caused by the L/W Min & Max (7.5 X 7.56 x 4.64).

I know it is a great diamond; I just want to confirm these thoughts are conceptually correct so I have a better idea of what I am looking at when I visit in person.

I was also originally considering these two stones. The video seems to show quite a bit more fire but overall I think the first stone is a better buy.

Thank you,

ACA's are cut with the best possible visual balance in mind so you should notice a beautiful display of fire , brilliance, scintillation, contrast - the full Monty!

The proportions are superb and you are on the right track that a steeper crown angle combined with a complimentary pavilion can enhance fire but with these proportions I wouldn't expect it to be more fiery in particular - but as your WF rep to discuss the stone and its performance nuances with you.

You'll see more detail on the pavilion because they're designed that way to aid contrast and other visual aspects, normal for the brand and beautiful.

If you're unsure which to pick, WF will be able to advise you taking your preferences into account.

dude, buy it. It almost seems like the price is a mistake!!

I really thought it looked like a great price too. I was checking everyday for new stones and I think I reserved this one in the first couple hours. I was actually going to post questions about it first but I thought twice because I didn't want to accidentally "advertise" it to some other gentlemen looking.

They mentioned that the got the rough stone at a good price.

Awesome score! Congratulations!!

How much was the diamond if you don't mind me asking?

Excellent stone and fantastic price!!:appl:

What a fantastic deal for such a gorgeous stone!!!

Thank you. I'm relieved the consensus is clean. Looks like all the research is going to pay off in the end. Scratch one up for the good guys!

Thanks for all the feedback guys.

Well done and you're welcome.:wavey:

That is a stunner! Congrats on your buy!

I mentioned I didn't want to accidentally advertise a stone I was interested in..

I think I was on to something because the 2 stones I wanted to compare against sold within 2 days after I posted. They were on the site for a month or more. Crazy..

Lurkers sometimes take the advice posted by others about great stones that the original posters are inquiring about (without having first put then on hold). They buy them. You lose them.

The stone you got is great! Please come back and show us pictures.
