I need YOUR OPINIONS on my ENGAGEMENT RING design

Notes/Questions:

1. I'm thinking of changing my side stones to 2.5mm each and the OPAL and SAPPHIRE to 2.75-3mm max --- I believe my original suggestion on the picture is overkill and may not look proportional.

2. Does Rose Gold need replating? How is this process done?

Do you have a side view of your ring design? Your link doesnt take me anywhere . How big is your center stone?

So you are thinking 6 ptrs for your side stones? That seems pretty big for bead set...but I guess there is nothing
wrong with that.

There are 3.5 ptrs in this ring. Thats 2.1 mm

I tell you what I'm not "feeling" is the way the opal and sapphire stick out. I think you need to
find a way to have them a little more integrated in the head of the ring. Have you talked with your jeweler/designer
about the sizes of stones you are talking about? They may have a better feel what size works the best.

I agree with tyty that I prefer the surprise stones to be more hidden...they look like they jut out and that might make it tough to wear a band with the ring?

rose gold does not need to be replated as far as I know...that is just white gold. also the prongs on your setting look like they are meant for a princess cut, not a round? I wouldn't worry so much about what size in mm the stones are going to be but rather the overall proportions/width of the band of the ring/etc.

Thanks for your opinion. I actually reconsidered my design because of the Opal and Sapphire.

I'm currently negotiating with a Chinese seller and an American seller online. I've gotten an excellent offer from the Chinese seller though I'm skeptical about him/her not giving me a private auction for it.

I need this by next month
