I need to sell my ER. Where??

What should I do to maximize the amount to sell my ER? I have all the GIA paperwork. Craigslist, ebay? A local jewler said they couldn''t pay me top dollar because of profit. I totally understand that. I just want to make it easy and minimize headaches but at the same time make it worthy for the buyer and myself. Thanks!!

There are online used jewelry sites but it's unfortunately against PS policy to talk about them. The diamond simulant discussion boards are less restirctive about that.
