I have a question about princess diamonds and how the table and depth affect the appearance. I found this diamond that has a low depth percentage at 62.2% and I was wondering if this affects the diamonds fire or brilliance. I was looking for a diamond with a low depth percentage because it appears that this translate to a larger face on the diamond. This diamond is 5.62x5.66 which is larger than most 1+ carat diamonds that I have seen. Is this an easy way to make the diamond look bigger or do you give up a lot in the fire and brilliance department?
