Performance wise? Please help, thanks! Are AGS graded diamonds just as good as GIA? or does one overpower the other? Is it ok to go with an AGS graded diamond?

Girdle is thin to medium faceted.
 
It looks fabulous! And yes, AGS Ideal cut is on par with GIA grading. In fact, AGS0 is a narrower category than GIA Excellent, so they are almost easier to buy. We have to separate out the better stones in the GIA Ex category.

What is the clarity grade? If it is a VS or higher clarity, I wouldn't give the inclusions another thought.

It's a VS1 :twirl:
Don't worry about the inclusions. VS1 is a great clarity grade. You'll have trouble spotting much, even with a loupe.
