I''ve seen this setting on mondera''s website before, but they don''t seem to have it listed anymore. You may try calling them to see if it has been discontinued... hope this helps

You won''t typically find this combination as a ready-made piece. But the mounting is readily available and any good jeweler can get the stones for you and set it up. It''s all about getting the stones you want.
