I must be up too late, is it possible to make a Novo solitary out of the Novo wedding band?

I know I''m up too late and I''m sure thats why I''m having this crazy idea, but hear me out. So I have been searching for about two weeks for a Tiffanys Novo replica ring, the Ritani replica looks great as does the diamonds express (I think that was the brand). But they''re just not right for some reason. I already own a 1 carrot cushion diamond, what if I had a custom jewlery maker add the diamond solitary setting to the basic TIffanys Novo wedding band? (Since Tiffany''s wont sell the setting by its self). Is this just a crazy idea? Or do you think it would be worth it? Please be gentle to me its pretty late here and my head is hurting from shopping all the mall stores today...Thanks for any input!

I would alsolike to add that my girlfriend loves the Novo ring, she does not like the way it gets much thicker towards the top of the ring...

I am not a jeweler but it doesn't sound like it makes much sense to me. What's the point of paying the Tiffany premium when you are going to change the setting? In my mind, you are paying the Tiffany price but no longer getting the advantages - can you say it is a Tiffany ring still? Do you still get the warranty and free cleaning?
