I just scored on eBay!!

Hey everyone!

i just wanted to share my joy with you all. I scored an endless love platinum setting with a .5 center stone on an eBay auction for $1200 USD! The Center stone is G VS1, no cert or cut specs but it is through a very reputable auction site that has been in business for a decade.

I cannot wait to receive this!

Question for you: if the center diamond’s cut is not to my liking, am I able to reset the center diamond even though the setting is bezel?

what i was told by a jeweler is you can either save the bezel or the stone but not both (maybe there are more skilled jewelers who can do both though) hope you like it as is! congrats!

Sako has successfully removed diamonds from a bezel setting for me and confirmed that the setting could be rebuilt to be reused.

oooh i was outbid by like 20$ on a killer eternity ring from that seller a while back. then i found out i didn't like how eternity rings feel on my hand so i guess it worked out. it looked like a super deal though. enjoy yours!

David Klass has done this for me twice. He has to rebuild the bezel but he says it’s easy to do. I don’t know that many jewelers can do it without ruining the setting.

Not officially.. yet! I have been obsessed with diamonds for years, and two months ago lost a diamond ring.. so this is its much more beautiful replacement!

It will be used as a stand in when my now boyfriend proposes and we will design a ring together I wear it on my middle finger currently.
