No - GIA does only grading, but you can call them with the # to verify that they did indeed grade the stone in question.
Value is a job for an appraiser, and it depends on not only the physical characteristics of the stone, but in what market you purchased it, and what your appriasal need is.
nope, as Gary notes you will need an appraisal to find that out. preferrably an independent appraisal from someone who does not work for a jewelry store.
