I hate UPS

I think with UPS it really seems to come down to the local delivery person!

This is true! When our UPS guy was on leave, the replacement guy hit my husband's truck in our driveway!!!! UPS handled it quickly but what a big pita!!

I’ve come to the conclusion that it really depends on the delivery person. Our UPS guy is great, and no issue with FedEx. USPS sucks until we complain, and then it improves for a short duration.

At work the regular FedEx guy is fine but the express one is an incompetent moron. Calling to complain does very little to help, but complaining on Facebook gets you an almost immediate response.
