I just found out about this forum and would love to hear what you guys think.
The Jeweler got the diamond from this place and first quoted me $17,000 out the door but then I called up the wholesaler and after talking to him about the diamond, I offered the the Jeweler $14,000 plus tax. After about two hrs, he agreed and sold me the diamond.
The other thing is I DON''T have the cert yet. He said he has to get it from the wholesaler and I assume it''s okay????
This Jeweler is not a family jeweler so I don''t know anything about his record.
