I like the rose and blue, too... it evokes a vintage feminine glamor.
This ring is probably very thin and delicate in real life. That would make a gorgeous set with the solitaire you posted. That solitaire is so pretty, it reminds me of the Swan solitaire from Vatche. Come to think of it, the Vatche Swan comes with pave shoulders. I doubt you would have any problem with Vatche''s pave. But I know that Art Carved is great.Date: 7/2/2008 8:38:19 AM

What do you all think about a channel set band? This one (Artcarved also) is thin, but...hmmm. Do they come thinner? I want bling not bulk. Does this look right with the ER setting? A pave set would probably look nicer, but I have a strong dislike of pave''s right now due to my current setting (yes, I know the diamonds under the head are pave, but there are only a few, not a whole ring worth). One more question...I''ve never actually seen a setting like this on a hand. Will the WR rub the diamonds on the side of the ER? Oh..decisions. I''m getting a headache.
Hmm, I''m torn between the ''practicality'' of channel set and its apparently bulky look.Date: 7/2/2008 8:38:19 AM
