I SI1 and H SI2 ??
Go for the "I" Ideal Cut, it will look whiter than an "H" Good Cut.
It will be eye-cleaner to...

That is not a lot of info that you are giving.

However H-SI2 or I-SI1 are essentially at the same price per carat. So, paying 8 % more for the ideal cut compared to the good cut is definitely not a lot.

Based upon that, I would go for the I-SI1, if I had to choose between these two, and with the limited info that you have given.

However again, if you are interested in shopping online, I am sure that you can find similar stones for less money.

Take care,

Paul

Oh my, now you have gotten yourself into trouble with that question.

First, 'ideal', who says so, and according to which standards?

Second, the grades, from which lab is the grading report?

Third, do you have the detailed measurements of both stones, so that we can really assess cut?

What is the cost of the setting involved?

Finally, colour, size and location of the inclusions, and are the stones eye-clean or not?

And this is probably just the start of a series of questions.

In any case, if you wish to limit your choice to these two stones, and if the seller truly understands the concept of ideals, the I-SI1 will always remain your best pick.

Take care,

Paul

From another thread today, I understand that you mean HRD.

Something is wrong: You mention one of the stones as being ideal cut.

The highest possible grade with HRD is 'very good'. They do not have 'excellent', not to mention 'ideal'.

Also, the total depth that you give is somewhat high for a true ideal.

Finally, HRD does not put the total depth-% on their report. One can calculate it though, but the totality of the information makes me wonder if these really are graded by HRD. To be sure, please re-check with your jeweler.

Take care,

Paul
