I’m pretty mad about my bracelet

I ordered by bracelet from Etsy and it arrived today. We had back and forth conversation confirming that I needed a size 8. Well I measured it and it is a size 6! It took months to have it done. How do you think they can right the situation? I bought an 8 dollar extender, but I’m really sad. Do you think I can ask for a partial refund?

Definitely! If the bracelet is not the length they stated that it was then I think you are totally within your rights to expect some kind of correction on that, whether a partial refund or sending it back for them to fix.

Send it back for them to correct to proper (paid for) length.

I would take a picture of it against a ruler and send it back asking them to correct it and show you it is the correct length before returning it to you.

What is a “size 8” vs. “size 6”? Bracelet sizes aren’t standardized the way ring sizes are [should be].

Not going to take sides without seeing the communications, as bracelets as in those that can be opened up and laid flat are measured in lengths (inches or cm) and not in Size X like bangles.

So you asked for it to be 8 inches long not including the clasp? And they agreed, but then they made it 6 inches long?

If that’s the case they need to redo it. At their expense including shipping both ways. It’s a very easy fix.

Did you say “size 8” or did you say “8 inches” when you communicated with the vendor re: the length?
