Its PERFECT! I, too, was engaged with an asscher solitaire. Asschers are tough b/c you have to have the right setting to maximize the stone size appearance. I think you picked a good one.
And, you did the right thing with the F and vs grading. Most ppl say that asschers don''t sparkle. Mine sparkles like CRAZY! We went with a G and VVS, so you are going to get great sparkle out of this little guy.
One piece of advice if you don''t already know: get her some jewelry cleaner at the drug store, you have to clean asschers weekly if not more to keep them looking sparkly.
