I’m convinced my stone has blue nuance, can anyone weigh in? Much appreciated…

Hi,
I am hoping to have anyone weigh in with opinions on the ring that I currently have that has a small window of return policy on.

This is a Gia cert D color diamond
I’m not sure if I see blue nuance because I know it is MMD or if I’m looking for it and these photos are a reflection of blue things/the sky.

Does this blue color happen in natural diamonds too? As in fluorescence, or is this dead giveaway?

Sometimes the stone looks so rainbowy it looks fake… yet I’m not so sure having a flat white diamond or a yellow tinge diamond is any better LOL.

Thoughts and opinions very much appreciated.

The blue there looks like sky reflection especially if there’s no fluoro on the cert.

I agree it’s sky reflection or something blue in your environment. Look at my avatar. My diamond is picking up blue from the sky and my blue blouse. I love when it picks up color.

I’m having the same problem, so I see what you mean. Mine’s an E. Maybe we are seeing things haha I don’t know.

I'll go far as to say there is no blue nuance in this stone. It's not that common.
