HPHT type ll question please

Good Day! I read that an HTHP type ll MMD might not test a as a diamond. Is that why they are relatively cheaper? Should I stay away from them?
I found one I like in my price range but now have doubts! Thank you!

No need to stay away from it, as long as the laser inscription matches the grading report (and the grading report number can be verified online at the grading lab website).

Cheap diamond testers will often clock them at moissanite but any decent jeweler will be able to tell it is a diamond. And with an inscription that matches a reputable lab report any person with a loupe can verify it as a diamond.
