How would you set a 1 ctw 5 stone band?

I have a 5 stone band that was given to me years ago. I find I don''t wear it much because I don''t love the setting. I''d like to reset it at some point in the future but I''m not sure what I''d like as far as settings go. I''d love ideas...

The diamonds are .20 each. Would they be too small to notice in a DBTY? I really hadn''t thought of anything other than a ring but really, why does it have to stay a ring? Hmmm... something to consider!
