How to post in gallery: eye candy

I'm ready to post pictures of "all that glitters". See this thread:

I can see how to post pictures into this thread. I can view pictures already posted in gallery. How do I post pictures into gallery? Also of the categories in gallery, eye candy seems best choice. What do you suggest?
