How to find someone who can do stick pin conversion to ring?

Hey, everyone! I have been on a antique moonstone ring hunt -- hitting eBay, Etsy, other assorted places... and I just haven't found that "wow" setting and stone combo in my price range. HOWEVER, I have found some absolutely gorgeous antique stick pins, so now I want to look into buying one and having it converted into a ring.

Does anyone have experience doing this? I saw Yvonne's guide on her blog, but I am looking for vendors and price ideas. If anyone can help, please let me know. Thanks!
