Hi, I was just wondering what the correct way in jewellery speak (if at all) to refer to a setting such as the one below for example:

i.e kind of like a solitaire with two little diamonds adjacent either side.

It's a 3-stone ring with prong-set stones, round side stones, and tapered shanks or shoulders. It shouldn't be hard to find a similar and presumeably less expensive setting, if that's what you're looking for, but if you want the heart and trellis profile detail you'll probably need to go with this branded setting.
