How rare are "a cut above" super ideal diamonds?

hello everyone!
I was just wondering how rare "a cut above superideal- heart and arrows" diamonds are. What percentage do they take up in the diamond market. I guess thay should be pretty rare. I recently bought a .645 carat F, VS2 for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I was just wondering if it is really something THAT special so I can tell my fiancee when her friends back in Cyprus start waving their larger diamonds they have bought from local cypriot jewellers. You know how women are! No offense by all means. I just want to make sure I have purchased something special.
