Those prices look too low, so they are probably graded by a lab that lies about color and clarity, and/or the have been clarity 'enhanced'.
In fact, that website is garbage.

I just did a search on a legitimate website with a huge database, Bluenile, for 3.0 to 3.1 carat round diamonds.
They list 789 of them but only list stones from D - J in color and IF to SI2 clarity, all with (I assume) GIA reports.
The lowest price was $20,342 for a so-so-cut 3.00 carat I SI2.
The highest price was $321,906 for a well-cut 3.05 carat D IF.
Sorry, takiki... I don't think that's legit AT ALL. If they are real diamonds, then they would have to be the ugliest, most heinously included and enhanced stones out there.
