I have been with my guy a year and 5 months

We dated for 2 years, 4 months before moving in together (looking back, I can't believe it wasn't longer)... another 9 months before engagement (at just over 3 years). We've been together for 5.5 years now.

It is hard to pin point exactly when we formally moved in together because it was a slow progression. We both own our own houses and it just seemed that with in weeks to maybe months after we started dating we were just always at his house (I had a very portable dog-him...not so much). I didn''t rent my house out until last year but I don''t think I had slept at it a single night for over 3 or so years.
