I'm 29 (will be 30 in March).
We dated for 10.5 months before getting engaged.
We met at work (sat next to each other).
We were engaged for just over a year before getting married.
I change my mind often about wanting kids, and when. Ideally, if we could afford it, we'd aim for spring 2007 but at the moment, we have to decide whether we want a house or kids first.

How long did you date before getting engaged? We've been dating for 2½ years, known each other for 8 more months. We'll be engaged this year, I'm guessing on my 21st birthday in early May or our 3rd anniversary in late August, or somewhere in-between.
How did you meet your fiance? Through my brother, who met him through his ex, who met him through her cousin, who met him in the army. Long story!
How long are you going to be engaged before getting married? Probably 2 or 3 years.
How long do you want to wait to have kids? Not sure, maybe 5 years or so after we're married. 28 seems like a good age to me to start having kids.
