How lighting affects diamond brilliance?

I''ve noticed a difference in the brilliance between yellow incandescent lighting and incandescent lighting with a blue hue. Does this make any sense? Experts please reply. Thanks.

Did you observe more sizzle in the incandescent light with the blue hue?

Less sizzle, definitely. But much more under regular light. If it is cut well should it not matter? This is a radiant cut.

Any diamond, if cut well should perform splendidly
under any lighting condition.
