1) H/VVS1 2.93 carat $23100 EGL USA cert
9.51x9.38x5.59
Depth: 59.2
Table: 58
Crown: 13.7%
pavilion: 43.3%
girdle: thin to medium
cutlet: none
Polish/Symmetry: good/good
Flourescence: faint blue

Sales say that for H/SI1 stone, 3 carat, I'd be paying about $20250-$20850, means by going with VVS1 clarity, I'd be paying 2250-2750 more. He said price of H/VVS1 stone is good price for the make and color and clarity. What do you think, shall I pay extra $ for the VVS1 because good price, or shall I stick to H/SI quality?

Continuing with previous question, I either pay $6800 more to upgrade my existing 2.16c H/VS1 stone for H/VVS1 2.95c stone, or wait until jeweler finds me H/SI 3c stone, and pay 4k-4500 more to upgrade.

1) Is it better to wait for H/SI stone any pay 4k - 4500 more to upgrade, or take the H/VVS1 because good price and pay $6800 more to upgrade

2) or stick with existing 2.16c H/VS1 stone in event price for H/VVS1 stone is not good price.

No one can answer your questions M, but you.

One thing however - I think the liquidity of a 3ct HSI would be greater than a 2.9ct HVVS.

Who knows you may well be thinking that the 3ct is a bit small in a few years.

And you are moving up in spoken weight from 2ct to 2ct (nearly 3ct = 2ct).

Cut Nut, what do you mean nearly 3ct=2ct?

spoken weight fr. 2ct to 2ct, u mean 2ct=3ct.

No, I am sure with my finger size, 3c is the ultimate size, anything bigger than 3c would be ostentatious, but who knows, right? however, I do have my limit at 3c, no bigger.

Oh, you must mean that difference between 2c and 3c is not much in terms of weight.
