How good of a quality do you want at that price point? It''s a public company, and the largest online retailer of jewelry. That says something, so it''s clearly acceptable to good for most buyers of online jewlery. Do you have a comparison store or maker to suggest your quality level?

To me their diamonds are no different than what is on the market here on PS. Some good, some better, some bad. Their settings are not as detailed or high quality I would say, but they are mass produced and generally euqally the same quality from one pendant/earring to the next.

My husband has bought me several pieces from Blue Nile, including my wedding band (see it in my avatar) and everything is of excellent quality.

I am very happy with their build your own pendant options. The diamond is cut beautifully (but I was able to pick the actual diamond with cert info). I''m not sure I would just do the pre-set way, b/c there is no promise of a well-cut stone like the RSG jewelry from WF.

Blue Nile def. has nice diamonds...why not check out other places such as WF, GOG and JA and decide from there where you would feel the most comfortable purchasing the item.
