How do these look for studs?

(It drives me nuts that the ''d'' is missing in ''diamonds'' on the ''add to cart'' button...anyone else?)

Any input would be greatly appreciated. These diamonds, with the setting, would be at the very top of my budget. I did call Lesley at Whiteflash last week, but their stock of .5''s seems to be pretty low and she hasn''t sent me any possibilities yet. I''ve definitely ruled out BN and Mondera, and the GOG diamond search doesn''t bring up anything in my price range (I''m searching for HIJ, VS2 or SI1). So basically, can anyone tell me if these particular stones are the best I can get for my $2500 budget?

Not an expert, but my thoughts -

The first (0.52ct) looks good. The second''s pavilion is a bit steep and the IS is a bit leaky - the image was taken at a slight tilt which makes it look worse... whether you''ll notice this leakage with human stereo vision is a different question.

You could ask them to retake the picture, but I''d probably just skip on this stone.

These 2 could be fine for earrings Maureen but just a few things, they both have grade setting clouds so you would need to check this does not impact performance as well as whether these are eyeclean. They both show some leakage, one is worse than the other but it might not be visible in one or hardly with the second in this size of stone.
