How do I post photos?

For the life of me I can't seem to attach photos to my posts. I click on Insert, then Browse, then I can't save or seem to do anything from there. These are JPEGs. What am I doing wrong?

Scroll down and click on Upload attachment



Click on Choose File



Find your pic file (it must be under 2 MB) and double click on it

Click on Place Inline

Lots of people have trouble figuring this out here.
It is not very intuitive compared to other fora.
