okay, so i''m back from the honeymoon and ready to share all the craziness with you lovely PS people. the wedding was INSANE--anything our venue could mess up, they did. we had no wine glass for the wine ceremony so we had to drink straight out of the carafe; they sent my mom and stepmother down the aisle in the wrong order; they told my mom''s fiance he wasn''t allowed to sit in the seat he was supposed to be in next to my mother (this one really ticked me off because they made him move, and i had even drawn the lady a diagram of who was supposed to sit where); we had complaints from guests about the day-of coordinator being rude to guests. the day-of coordinator also ended our reception an hour earlier than it was supposed to. the list goes on and on! there were also a few non-venue related snafus that were hilarious (for example, my cousin was carrying my train and accidentally showed my butt to everyone walking behind us, including my father). my dress also didn''t fit correctly at all, but we found out it couldn''t be taken in any more a little too late, so i was stuck with it. that being said, the flowers turned out gorgeous, the food was yummy, we had more than enough booze, everyone had a lot of fun, i married the man of my dreams, and we had a FABULOUS time in Italy (the honeymoon has its own crazy list of oopses, but that''s another post in and of itself!). here''s a few non-pro pix from the day...this is my dad walking me down the aisle--i like that you can see my blue shoes!
