You liked it because it looked good from the outside, and you assumed it would be equally as good on the inside. The seller should definitely be responsible for 100% of the repairs, but what happens when the repairs don't get done properly? The repair list looks like a disaster waiting to happen. I agree with the others, you should get out of this deal while you still can, run, run far away!
