Hello all,
I am thrilled to share with you my wonderful new ring. The diamond is a 2.50 ct OMC sourced by Grace at Jewels By Grace. I have bought several pieces from Grace since I first contacted her 4 years ago, and every single purchase has been amazing. She has handled every single transaction with such care that I have felt as though I'm her only client (which, based on how quickly her items sell, is most certainly not the case!) She has held my hand through the decision and buying process (and I need an inordinate amount of hand holding,) never faltering in her patience or sunny disposition. She is truly the embodiment of her name and I couldn't feel better about doing business with her.
The setting is by ERD/Brilliantly Engaged. This is my first time working with them though I did communicate with Mark about 3 years ago. I was struck then by his willingness to go above and beyond to help me. I was considering buying a cushion and he was willing to offer me his opinion on stones even though I would have had to upgrade through the vendor who sold me my original stone- who does that?? I can't imagine there was anything at all for Mark to gain from that aside from my loyalty, and I was so grateful that he stuck his neck out for me, a perfect stranger.
It's nice to see that ERD is no different today than when I first met them, though their name has since been changed to Brilliantly Engaged. I worked with Chris on making my ring, and he gracefully tolerated my countless emails and nudges and requests. When I wasn't completely satisfied with the first iteration of the ring, he did absolutely everything within his power to rectify the situation, and I could not be happier with the end result.
I couldn't recommend these vendors highly enough and wish them both continued success.
