Hi All! I just happened to stumble in and I am so glad to find a place like this where I can talk endlessly about rings, diamonds and the details. You know, with people that want to hear it, that is. 
I need help. I am drowning in the deep end of rings setting shopping.
I have a really long blahblah story about why I have to redesign my ER, but I am not going to bother you all with it right now. I would much rather talk ring new ideas!! I currently have a round diamond solitare and 5 diamond shared prong wedding band. The WB has caused damage to ER prongs, as the mounting (?) is too low on the ER and the bands just simply dont function well together. So I need to get the diamond up higher!Oh, AND Dh gave me 1/3 ctw earrings when i had our first son, (now we have 2 sons) so i want to add those to the ER as my own version of a family ring. Ok. I have spent more time than i am willing to admit looking at settings online lately... cant find what I have in my minds eye. Currently thinking either A) simple, 3 stone ring, with all three set up high... maybe a bridge or cathedral, whatver its called), but not the really standard ones. trellis and all that, i just want it to still retain a dainty quality and i feel like those are too chunky or B) I want and cant find- A plain band (no pave or milgrain, etc) with halo on centerstone, and the two diamond sidestones flanking, halo-less. Ritani Bella vita line has the closest thing, but has pave and is out of budget.
WDYT? I will try to get some pics of my rings uploaded next. However, I am tech-challenged, so bear with me please!
