Hi I'm new and I have an old rosary I would love info on it

Hi all,
I am new to here and was hoping to get a bit of information about my rosary, I got it left to me by my grandmother I didn't even know she had it so I no nothing about it for example how old is it also who made it etc....... I am assuming she treasured it as I will it would be nice to know about it so I can pass it down to my daughter. It is Japanese as the clasp says Japan and the mark on the back of the cross has KZ inside a rectangle but I don't know who the KZ is

Not an expert on this, but I suspect that would be considered a crucifix pendant rather than a rosary. It's hard to tell from the photos, but your pendant might be damascene... an enamel-like process used mainly in Japan. Try googling images of damascene jewelry and see whether that fits the bill.
