I second that! From those miniscule pics, it looks like a stunner but I can't wait to see what it looks like in a REAl photo!

I have a question, how does eveyone get such clear pics of their rings?? I have a digital camera and it seems like every time a take a pic of my ring it doesn''t look very clear. I ''ve even tried w/ other cameras. Either the flash screws it up or it seems too dark.

Maybe my digital camera is a piece of crap.

For picture taking -
The lighting is REALLLLLLLLY important.. sunlight works best..but your name suggests that you are in the same part of the country as me, and sunlight is hard to come by. So, otherwise, light from above and make sure the camera doesnt block the light source.. Try not to use the flash if possible, because that leads to funny glares..
Other than that, it could be a camera problem. My new camera has a close-up setting (some cameras call them macro setting).. which my old camera did not have. Don''t use the zoom, just get the camera as close to the ring as possible with it still being focused. I find it easier to just get the pic onto the computer and then crop and resize as necessary. For example..a lot of the close up pics I have of my ring were originally of my whole hand (or more) and I just cropped the ring out.. My camera takes HUGE pics, so its not a problem with the pics being small

I still am not good at taking pics either.. but I have practiced quite a bit.
