I have personally bought from both Good Old Gold and from Whiteflash.

Both have been very honest and reputable and carry beautifully-cut diamonds at great prices.
They have excellent customer service, money back return policies and upgrade policies.

They also have employees who post here, so if there were ever an issue you could not work out with them in private (which is very unlikely) you could post your concern here.
This is one reason dealing with participating Pricescope vendors gives me peace of mind.
