Hey box lovers! WOLF box from wayfair

Next, the large Carolyn.

I was origally drawn to this style... the quilted leather looked beautiful and champagne is a color that would suit my decor well too. Since this is the large size, it has plenty of compartments and ample space for my rings. The downside is the lack of holders to hang necklaces.



It looks like it’ll work for most/all of my pieces. I’ll have to see if it does after my weekly jewelry cleaning tomorrow.

Just an FYI the Caroline square zip doesn’t fit rings properly. Meaning when the case closes the mirror taps on the top of the rings. They are well aware of this issue with some of their boxes. I’m still under the impression they haven’t changed that.

Also it is a pain in the butt to return stuff to this company. It takes forever for your actual refund too.

The quality is lovely though and if you know it will work I think they are fantastic otherwise!

I ordered a couple of these for gifts and it is still an issue.... sigh. If I place a small jewelry cloth between, it helps, but a bit frustrating that it’s even an issue.

Thanks for the heads-up on returns, looks like I will have a few pieces that are going back.

@pearaffair, my order arrived! It actually came yesterday, but it’s Homecoming weekend for my son and we’ve been running crazy between the game activities and tonight’s dance. I took some quick photos as requested.

First up, the medium-sized London.



I love the compartments on this style - especially the hidden compartment for necklaces. The accompanying travel box is also really nice. Alas, my size 7 rings are too tall and with the mirror the way it’s situated, the top won’t close properly! The same issue occurs with the pull-down compartment. They can only hold earrings. Sadly, this one just won’t work.

Thank you SO MUCH for the photos!!! Love love love!! Real shame about the upper space though :/

You probably already know this but just in case this is faux leather hence the lower price. I think they make great gifts and faux leather is a kinder way to go anyway IMO and make a very thoughtful lovely gift.

Btw @missy the Marrakesh one that I bought that came with the scraped corner was real leather but not that impressive if it damages so easily!

Isn’t it?! I was surprised to discover that with the London. It doesn’t look like it’s a problem if you wear smaller rings though. The lid closed fine with just my daughter’s rings and she wears a size 5.

It could be possible, but I think it may also ruin the surrounding material. I agree with you, they should just fix the issue to accommodate those of us with larger ring sizes - after all, size 7 isn’t that big, right?!

I initially really wanted the Caroline zip travel case but, based on helpful PSer input, I opted against it because I think my pearl cluster ring and sapphire cocktail ring won't fit well. Instead, I ordered the Palermo zip in rose gold and the Chloe zip in cream. Super excited to receive them and figure out which one to keep.

I have the Palermo & love it! My rings are all sized between 5.5-6.25. The only one that does touch the top is my engagement ring, it’s just under size 6 & is ~7mm high. If I put it in the middle, it taps the glass. I usually put it on the top row & you can see where it touches the fabric, but it doesn’t bother me much.

Taller rings could be kept in the upper compartment easily, too. The strap holds them in place securely enough they don’t slide around.

I think it’s technically listed as ivory, but I’d probably just call it white.
