I have worked with a Celina, while Im sure they can be very busy....my experience has been very dissapointing to this point. Im actualy going to ask to work with someone else. Im in a situation where its hard to call in....and I share a phone with the girlfriend so I cant use that. 2 weeks ago I checked on Diamonds...and because of a Holliday they havent been able to get me the info. I was suppose to hear yesterday....and still nothing.


I need it by May 10......so Im frustratedat this point. Ill have to ask for Katie...

The diamond or diamonds in question, are they in house ones, or ones that they need to call in? I would recommend looking at the in house stones. That way you have all of the pictures, idealscopes, sarin scans, and reports available to you online and then they should be able to pull the diamonds and answer your questions about them during that day.

I have actually dealt with Celina recently and I had a very good experience with her. She was very prompt in her replies and explaining things to me and referred me to other staff members when she was not going to be in. I''m sorry you are having such a frustrating experience thus far...

I went with someone else...I couldnt take it anymore. Katie has been great. I had told celina when I needed the ring bye....and I had asked about several diamonds. I was given a date I would find out about a stone, on that date I wouldnt hear anything...email the next day to have her tell me they couldnt find out for another week. When your on a short time table....thats horrible customer service, especially when someone is going to spend 6-10k. Give me alternatives...

Its all good now! I do like Whiteflash...I would highly suggest them!
