I recently priced a Diamond that is gorgeous to the eye, I couldn''t tell the difference from a 1.37ct,E,vs2,ideal

Now I looked at this stone under all lights in the store as well as minimal light (blocking with my hand). They have a daylight similator (not sure how valid that is), but the stone looked gorgeous to my eye.
GIA report shows a few Crystals on the crown, as well as 2 feathers and 1, tiny needle. should I worry about these?
