Plus, I''m really bad with taking pictures of sparkley things with a camera. They never seem to come out right despite the tips. I will tell you one thing though, that platinum band sure is heavy! I guess I''ll have to TRY to get used to it...

When I sent Jon to the jeweler (with a magazine picture and the title "x-prong") they told him "there was no such thing as an x-prong." FOOLS!!!! Maybe that''s a term trademarked by Vatche? Anyway, they called it a Tiffany setting. It sort of has the U shaped X prongs (if that makes any sense!)

Oh I know what you mean! Everytime I have to take my ring off, it feels like my arm is going to float away!

You are right about platinum being heavy. I love the feeling of it, but I can''t type worth a darn with my rings on. My ring finger lags behind from the weight of the rings, and I make mistakes.
