If it's any consolation, the beautiful decoration you see is usually fixed to a mouth piece and not the teeth. Even these guys aren't that crazy.

This looks like stuff that they sell on gangstagold.com. And NO, I don't buy stuff like that. I just know of this website because it was on another forum. Interesting stuff. My husband and I were going to get a matching pair of diamond tooth covers to exchange at our wedding as a joke, but we thought better.... hehehe..
