Here are the specs? What is fair price range?

I am looking at buying a princess cut diamond for an engagement ring. I am looking for an ideal - premium cut stone. This website seems like the place to be in the diamond world.

Here is a diamond that I am likely to see this weekend.

Is there anything I should be concerned about according to these specs? Or something I should look for when I view the stone?
What is a fair price range for this stone?

Excelllent numbers

The "good" symmetry may hide some imperfections (I don't see Ex. polish with 'just" Gd. symmetry every day) and I might take an Ideal Scope with me to peek at this one
