I am no expert - but did you use the PS main web page and use the automated price/comparison program? There are a lot of other factors that I don't see about your diamond - but using the basic PS price comparison - it appears that for a round AGS0 ideal cut .74 E VS2 diamond you will find that the price is around $3200. See an example below

So it appears that at $5900 - you are paying too much.
