ok......theses pics were taken by the whiteflash.com whom may i say stand by there produt even when it wasnt there fault

my wife some how jarred this ring hit something she dont know how nor does whiteflash (obviously) well brian (the cutter) ,leslie, denise, vere,were awsome they wanted the ring back to inspect called us to keep us informed and brian didnt even blame my wife which i think (she may secretly know how she did it)
