Help with vintage brooch

A jeweler used to live in the house I currently live in and I can't seem to find anything about this brooch I found. Trying to figure out the worth. Any ideas? The tag says 645.00 and the name next to it I can't seem to find either.

Is there a mark on the piece somewhere?

Just found some a few mins ago but so small I can' make it out.

Very beautiful!
This looks like a custom made piece, possibly gold with garnets. And diamonds, too!
The inscription might be the jewelers initials.
A jewelry/pawn shop can test it and confirm it's gold.
Apparently, it was once worth 645.00.
Was it hidden in the house?

Thanks for the help the owner died and he had a safe that was left in the house that we broke open and found some really cool things in it. He had no living family I guess. So the landlord said whatever was in the safe we could have.
