My girlfriend just bought me a Tungsten ring with two stripes of "satin" finished Tungsten going around it. I was looking at it tonight and noticed a little light mark on both of these two stripes (in different areas). Is it possible for the satin finish to be scratched? I have done nothing that should be able to scratch the tungsten unless the satin/brushed part is much softer than the polished part. Can these be polished out? Is it a permanent mark? If you have any suggestions please help me!
